The Consular section of the Embassy legalizes
different documents, including commercial documents of the companies
that are dealing with Iran. Legalization of documents will be
processed at most 5 days after the receipt of the document.
Documents for legalization can be delivered in person or via
messenger. Legalization of documents is conducted strictly on a
first come first serve basis. |

Legalization fees: 
Current legalization fees for commercial documents are noted in the
following table. The relevant legalization fees for Certificate of Origin,
and Commercial Invoices are based on the invoice value as shown bellow:

Important Notes:
- The legalization fee should be paid to the Embassy's account: 110002320009976
(account name: The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Athens) at the ALPHA
BANK. The receipt must be retained and submitted with the
rest of your documents to the consular section.
- The fee for duplicate legalization is 10% of the original fee.
- For the legalization fee of other documents please contact the
Consular Section.
- Commercial documents should be certified by the Chamber of Commerce or
the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. A copy of each document should be
annexed.
